Refund policy
The Official Maine Mariners Team Store offers a 30-day return or exchange on all items in new/salable condition with original tags and labels attached with a receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us via mail or in-person.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Product that is missing original tags or appears to be worn
- Auction items
- Clearance items
Return or exchange in arena:
Simply present the item to be returned with your receipt to a sales associate to process your return or exchange. Our Team Store is open during home games with a valid game ticket only! If you do not have a game ticket, you must process your return either via mail or in the office.
Return via mail:
- A return request should be sent to marinerofmaine@gmail.com including the following information to initiate your return request:
- A copy of your receipt.
- The reason for the return or exchange.
- A contact name, phone and email address.
- Once your email is reviewed by a team member, a confirmation will be sent. The item to be returned and a copy of the email request should be sent to the following address: Maine Mariners Hockey Merchandise Return, 94 Free Street POrtland, ME 04101. We recommend using a pre-paid, insured traceable method when returning merchandise, to ensure a documented delivery. Lost returns are the responsibility of the shipper.
