RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Mariners gear as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in unused condition with original tags and packaging.
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but we’ll gladly process a return so you can place a new order for the item you want. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
You’re always welcome to bring your return directly to the Team Store during normal hours.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes! We offer free in-store pickup at the Maine Mariners Team Store during normal business hours. You can select this option at checkout for most items.
You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready—typically within 1–3 business days. We’ll hold your order for up to 90 days. If it isn’t picked up and no further contact is made, the order will be refunded.
